Shipment is by DHL or UPS as a parcel
If ordered before 2.30 p.m. on a working day, the parcel will be dispatched on the same day.
Shipping costs and processing time / delivery time
Europe: Shipping costs with DHL in a parcel up to 30kg = 17,50€ (free shipping from a value of goods of 150,00€ per order)
Europe: 1 day processing time | 3-5 days after receipt of payment
ATTENTION: in the case of returns in the event of an exchange, the sender bears the costs. Unfree parcels will not be accepted! This is also clearly regulated in the cancellation policy.

Dear Customer,
even with us, it can happen that goods are faulty or an error occurs during delivery or you would like to exchange the item for a different size. However, with the help of this accompanying letter, you are also in good hands with us in this case. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do everything in our power to deal with your request as quickly as possible.
Of course, you can return ordered items to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
