Returns and cancellation policy

Dear Customer,

even with us, it can happen that goods are faulty or an error occurs during delivery or you would like to exchange the item for a different size. However, with the help of this accompanying letter, you are also in good hands with us in this case. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do everything in our power to deal with your request as quickly as possible.

Of course, you can return ordered items to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
